10K and 5K Run
The trail course is developed but does have 3 areas where runners need to be cautious of their footing. (See Course Map for details.)
The 10K and 5K race starts at the same time. The 5K runners will and 10K runners will split 1.5 miles into the run. The 10K runners will experience slight incline as the run will lead them to the top of the dam.
Runners should be at Hansen Dam at 7:00 AM to pick up bib and goodie bag.
Runners should be at the start line well before 8:00 AM. The start line is cleaned up at 8:05 AM.

Walkers, Rollers and Strollers are all welcomed! Pets, on leash, are allowed only on this course.

The top 3 male and female runners will receive a prize.
The top male and female runners in the following age group will receive a medal. 18 and younger; 19-25; 25-29; 30-34; 35-39; 40-44; 45-49; 50-54; 55-59; 60 and over,
All runners that complete the race will receive a medal. (limited supply)
All participants of the race will receive a goody bag with T-shirt.
Preparing for the Race
Hansen Dam's Trail is open to the public everyday from sunrise to sunset.
